The nature of the business

Doing what we do we want every one to be happy with our products. We are a small workshop and think communication is key.

Small pieces will be paid for before shipping but if you require a large commissioned piece a 50% deposit would be needed before any work starts.

If you are unhappy with your piece please get in touch and we can resolve any problems. 

We do our best to describe each piece accurately and show images of it.

If you need to return a piece, depending on the reason the buyer may need to pay for return postage.
